At the moment my team is Raichu, Dragonaire, Charizard, Blastoise, Nidoking, Nidoqueen... I am currently training up a Sandslash to maybe replace dragonaire... and I am probably going to trade the dragonaire.

Honestly Senhin I'd prefer you keep Dragoniar in your team. It can take you a long way with it's high attack power and okay speed. ^^ Outrage works well and Wing attack is pretty good to.
